At Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi we provide opportunities towards developing and enriching the latent abilities of scout cadets for their individual and collective uplift through an ideal and conducive environment. Everything we do at this level ultimately grows to fruition at the national level. A wholesome development of personality, free of biases and extremes, capable of rising to the national and global challenges is therefore the focus of all our activities. This dynamic institution, over the past 20 years has been displaying excellent results in Abbottabad Board. In the year 2008, we claim to have set a nationwide record in Matric by obtaining 17 positions in top 20 positions. In recognition of these outstanding performances, The President of Islamic Republic of Pakistan awarded Gold Medals and Certificates of Excellence to the position holders and the faculty on 19 August 2009 in President House, Islamabad. Owing to outstanding academic performance the college was declared as the Best Institution by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Abbottabad.

Alongwith curricular, extra curricular activities are also given special emphasis for grooming and character building of the cadets. In this regard various science clubs and literary societies remain operational round the year. The cumulative effect of such activities is the development of balanced personalities. Ample opportunities are provided for international tours where cadets participate in scouting gatherings, moots, seminars and other activities. In this regard we have established long standing partnership with Lordswood Boys’ School Birmingham and The International School UK under the auspices of the British Council. Influx of a large number of Scout Cadets from abroad belonging to foreign based Pakistanis is an indicator towards our popularity abroad and a source of earning much needed foreign exchange for the country.
