PAKISTAN SCOUTS CADET COLLEGE BATRASI, MANSEHRA

1. Sealed Tenders are invited from the approved contractors who have got renewal their annual registration from Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2025-26 and registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa purchase and procurement authority.

2. Remaining work of five Family Accommodations.

General Terms/Conditions:

a) Bidding documents of subject work containing BOQs can be obtained upon payment of Rs-5000/- non refundable against proper receipt from the Engineer Office with effect from 04 days from the date of publication of this notice in newspapers till one day prior to opening date of the bids on submission of application showing permanent postal address of the firm/contractor. b) Bidding documents should be deposited alongwith following documents:-
i) Earnest money in the shape of 02% call deposit or Bank Draft in the name of Principal, Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi Mansehra. (in original)
ii) Income Tax Certificate 2025-2026
iii) Photocopy of National Identity card by the owner of the Firm
iv) Pakistan Engineering council (PEC) registration in relevant category C4 and above contractor can apply.
v) The bidders shall furnish an affidavit on Rs. 1200/- stamp paper to the effect that the firm is not blacklisted by any Government/Semi Government Department.

c) The bidder should be registered with FBR and reflected on the active tax payer list.
d) Sealed bid completed in all respect should reach to the office of the undersigned on 17 July 2026 by 11:30 AM which shall be opened on the same date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at 12:00 PM.
e) The undersigned have a right to reject any or all bids with giving reasons.
f) All federal and provisional duties/stamp duty/taxes will be recoverable as per directives of the Government issued from time to time.
g) Bid securities 1st and 2nd lowest bidders for the respective works will be retained by the client till approval of the tender.
h) Any cutting, overwriting, or manipulation in the tender documents shall render the bid liable to rejection.
j) Bids incomplete conditional, electronic, by hand and received late shall not be entertained.
k) The bid validity period should be of 02 months.
l) Method of Tender will be Single Stage, Two envelopes.
m) Completion time for the subject work is 2 months after receiving the work order.
n) All bidders are at liberty to seek any clarification for further information from the office of the Engineer PSCC Batrasi during office hours through telephone number 0997-550281-0997-550284 Ext 113).
