The schedule of activities for the whole year is planned in advance to minutest details. A general schedule of academic terms and examinations is given below:

Academic Terms

1. Fall Semester (August to December)
2. Spring Semester (March to July)

Examination

1. Fall Semester Exam (December )
2. Spring Mid Semester Exam (April)
3. Promotion Exam (June)

The scout cadet's progress is closely monitored and interaction with the parents is maintained throughout the year. The results of terminal examination are formally communicated to the parents. Besides, a comprehensive report showing the cadets academic results, personality traits and their participation in the co-curricular activities is sent to the parents at the end of the academic year.

Vacations

Following vacations schedule is followed in the college.

Before the commencement of the vacation, parents/guardians are required to confirm that they would collect their sons/wards personally or through a representative. The representative should be in possession of written formation from the parents/guardians. If no confirmation is received from parents/guardians, their sons/wards will not be allowed to leave the college and travel at their own. The college makes arrangements to drop the scout cadets at Mansehra bus stand as needed by them. Similarly arrangements are made on their return on the termination of the vacation at the aforesaid locations. While traveling, the safety of the cadets is the responsibility of the parents/guardians
